We want you to be happy with the items you order, and we will gladly refund any full-priced items* that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery. *Excludes swimwear. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in the original packaging and all swing tags still attached to the garment. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items, so please choose carefully.

About Returns. 

Remember to include your full name, order number and the reason for your return. 
We will get back to you within 2 working days with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return postal address.

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was faulty. Binny is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit.

Once returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. This does not include the initial shipping cost, unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was faulty.

The credit will be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

All Sale items are final sale - No refund and no exchanges.

Stock Availability.

Binny makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, as we always dearly want everyone to have their own piece of Binny. However, if the item (s) you have ordered is unavailable, you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.

                                                         
 

Exchanges.

Due to our high turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are looking for an alternate size or style, we recommend grabbing what is available while you can so you don't miss out! Sale Items.
