SHIPPING

Binny is happy to offer free shipping on all orders.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery depending on product availability and the time of year.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We like to provide our customers with fast and reliable local & international shipping.
We use the Toll group as a reputable shipping agency
and all items will be fully traceable once shipped. 
Toll require a signature upon delivery so ensure you select a delivery address with someone available to sign for your parcel. 
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. 
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will gladly refund any full priced
items that are returned and received within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in the original packaging
and all swing tags still attached to garment. 

SALE items are returnable for exchange or store credit only.

You must notify us via email before making a return or your return may not be processed.
Please email us at shop@binnywear.com with the subject ‘Return’.
Please include your full name, order number and the reason for your return. 
We will get back to you within 2 working days with a
Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return postall address.

        All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer
unless the incorrect item was sent or the item is faulty.
Binny is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit. 

      Once returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within
5-7 working days. The credit will be applied to the same credit card used to make the
purchase and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.  
Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
